• Starting with the 2026 playing season (beginning August 12, 2025), United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) has updated its age eligibility determination period for youth fastpitch softball to run from September 1 through August 31, in accordance with USSSA guidelines. (Please see below.)

$2270 per team

• $400 league deposit must be paid when you register
• ALL league fees must be paid in full by 2/2/2026
• No Work Duty required
• 12 game schedule (see above for nights played)
  • League starts the week of 4/6/26

ALL individual players must be registered by 4/1/26. By having the individual players register, you will not have to turn in rosters, waivers, or birth certificates.

Information parents need:

• Age level team is playing
• Competitive level (National or American)
• Team Name
• Manager Name

*If a player is playing up an age level they will still need to register for their legal age. When it comes to asking the above questions, this is where they put what age level they want to play.

 

Each Team Manager will receive a Coach List that must be turned in to the AfftonAA Field Office by 3/16/2026. The link to complete the background check will be sent out to ALL coaches on the Coach List, which needs to be completed by 4/3/2026. 

*Please be aware that every effort will be made to play all scheduled games, but in the event of unforeseen disaster or continuous inclement weather making rescheduling games impossible NO REFUNDS will be issued.
