This is for the House Softball Program: ALL SOFTBALL IS A 2 YEAR AGE LEVEL
No uniforms or equipment provided. Practice Field provided.

10 & Under (10u) Birth Years 2012-2013
12 & Under (12u) Birth Years 2010-2011
14 & Under (14u) Birth Years 2008-2009
Registration cost: Softball & Baseball will get discount for Multi Child registrations (Coed Instructional is not included in discounted price)
$145 for 1st Child
$125 for 2nd Child
$105 for 3rd Child or more
Every Child registered the parent is required to do one work duty. A deposit check for $200 is required if you choose to work it. You may buy Out for $125. The buyout must be paid at time of registration. You MAY NOT buyout at any other time.
If you choose to work the work duty you are not fully registered until we receive the deposit check. You will also pick your own work date from dates available on the Website. They will be posted by 3/20/23.
12 Game Season. No Tournament/No All-star games. All games play any night of week or weekend.
League starts 4/3/23 and runs thru 7/23/23

Work Duty Agreement
We suggest you print this agreement for your files, so you have all the information.
For each player registering to play in a House Baseball, Softball or u5-u6 Coed Instructional League, one adult 18 years or older, must choose between working 1 work duty shift or buying out of your shift. Manager only of teams (1 per team) are exempt and do not have to work or buy out. Managers, please choose “Manager Exempt” button.
Option 1: $125 per Child Buyout of Work Duty.
With this option you will pay an additional $125 fee per child registered. This must be paid for at the time of your online registration. You will be exempt from working any work duty shifts through the 2023 summer season. This option will not be available after initial registration is completed.
Option 2: Working the Work Duty- You will choose your own work duty shift (1 per child registered).

A $200.00 Work duty deposit check per child registered (separate checks for each child) is required. Checks are held and not cashed unless you don’t report for your work duty.

The child will not be drafted or placed on a returning team until the work duty deposit is received. Checks will be returned after completion of work duty. If rained out, your check will be held for re-assignment with no additional fees. If you need a change in your assigned time, a 7-day notice is necessary, and you must pay a $25 fee. (Credit or debit card to the field office before you can choose another date and time.) With this option, you will be able to choose your date and time pending availability by AAA. Affton reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any shift at any time. Choices for dates and times are limited and will be available online by 3/2/2023. Each family must schedule one shift per registered player. This can be done by accessing the link on our website www.afftonaa.com You must then log in to your account and click on the “Volunteering” tab. This will be on the home page on the left-hand side. You will then see what dates and times are still available. You must click on the sign-up tab for the date and time you choose. You will receive a notification email from
after your choice is made. Anyone not scheduled by 4/5/23 will be assigned a shift by the field office and will be required to pay the $25 fee if they need to reschedule. Please email
